no, its not just 100m, its 100m excluding any add ons and in a short timescale, not spread over years. The arsenal bids have been a joke. Also, WH have been clear for the last 18 months, the minimum they would accept

West ham don't need to sell him, i don't think arsenal have grasped this yet

I’d prefer Phillips from City and spend the saving on another holding MF

Arsenal could get get a couple of very good midfielders for 100m. I don't get all the fuss about Rice. It seems that Man U are going to put in a bid for Rice and offer player swaps, which doesn't thrill me

Man City also dumping quite some of their squad though


and that while City does play CL football, when you can understand it more at Chelsea, who don't play european cup football this season at all, so makes sense many want to leave the club then
