Default Giles Coren Gave back his Electric Car, back on Petrol

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giles_Coren

He had to put a cable from his home
out to the road to charge his Electric Car

He told the BBC Documentary
that was Illegal

He gave that Electric Car a good chance
but his local council
Failed him.

The Government
left it to Private Companies
to set up chargers.
STUPID of them

Starmer needs to tell us his plan???

You know, I've never thought about how people who live in flats etc. with no driveway would charge their electric car at home . Surely you can't trail a cable out the window down to the street .

apart from the infrastructure how will anyone be able to do a long distance, you can't exactly fill up and drive off as you do now half way through the journey, you will have to sit and wait for the engine to charge, and maybe you might have to queue to do this...queuing for petrol during the shortage was bad enough

Also where the lithium is coming from and being disposed of is no little issue

Yes
there is solution

One company does charge connections
under the street
So on the pavement is a Small Circle
that your given kit fits into
Locks into etc.

Was on that one hour 1st BBC Docu

Of Course
a Electric Car is well over priced if you dare buy one
like Giles did.
