As someone who has actually overdosed on paracetamol, it's not a pleasant experience. Foolish.

I don't remember when I was a kid seeing people doing a Paracetamol overdose game though.

I get what you're saying, but I thought that every kid was taught at a young age to be careful with Paracetamol.
