Default Newark-on-Trent: Police Officer hit by train while saving a man
[The incident occurred after Nottinghamshire police
were called to a residential area in Balderton
near Newark-on-Trent over concerns for a
man's safety shortly before 7pm.
Nottinghamshire chief constable
Kate Meynell said: “This is a truly devastating
incident that has left one of our officers
very poorly in hospital.]
