whats your opinion on abortion and should it be leagal or illeagal?

I dont think anyone should be allwoed to kill a human being and by having a nobortion thats exactly what your doing.but if the girl is under 16 then i dont know.

I think its up to the female whos pregnant whether they feel they should have an abortion or not.

Abortion should be legal because everyone should have the choice, I don't see a reason for it to be illegal.

I believe it is justified when a girl or woman has been rapedor had their drink spiked because there is nothing they could do about it but if they are irresponsible and just have unprotected sex then its not ok.

Well you're contradicting yourself. Does it matter if the girl is 15, 11 months and 27 days or 45? If they don't want the child then they shouldn't be forced to keep it, point blank. First off, it's not fair on the child as they are being born into a family who don't want them, yeah there are other options but it's not always so black and white and not as easy as adoption, etc. And secondly, it's not fair on the mother, yeah fair enough they've made a mistake and been irresponsible but should they get a life long punishment? No, they shouldn't.

Nobody should be forced to carry, give birth and ultimately care for somebody they don't want to, no matter what the circumstances IMO, whether they've been raped or had a one night stand and been a bit silly!

This is a subject that always puzzles me as i have to agree with both sides.
I dont think its right to kill a human being either and i think if its youre fault (for not using a condom) then that makes it even worse. But at the same time supposen the person is not ready to have a child? and they feel that they cant give a child the life it needs? then why put the child through all that suffering? And its the same case for a girl/women who might of been raped, imagine if having an abortion was illegal and that person would have to bring up the baby (possibly hating it) and the child would probably feel so unloved if they were to find out how they were brought into the world. So i suppose i think it should be legal as the person having the baby must know if there ready for a baby or not and they do have the right to make up their own minds. x
