…I’m going to read up on this case of John Walter Lay’s killing tomorrow, Redrose…I’m not familiar with it atm…why was the charge second degree murder…?…

…I just read that one link and I still don’t understand because the charge took around a month to come about and its second degree murder…but could be premeditated…
