Anyone who constantly betrays their partner like that , clearly doesn't care about them. You say he isn't happy, well why not just end the marriage instead of putting her through all this . He clearly wants the wife at home ,but he wants his bit on the side aswell . He's gross .

She probably thinks she can salvage what's left of their marriage ,even though he's made a joke of it . She's obviously still has feelings for him. I personally would have ended it after the first time . Once the trust is gone it's gone ,and no amount of ' rules' is going to mend that . She can't train him like a dog .
