If the person is good at the job, then they should get the job.
I'm with Heston on the fact that Neurodivergent people deserve a fair shot at being able to be Chefs (for example) and to go to a different but also related to the workforce topic, I honestly don't like how people with tattoos get refused work, just because they have tattoos. I mean the person could be the best person for the job, but if they have a Tattoo, then it's a big no no for the employer.
