Default BB Producers say BB7 is their most Favourite Series and the greatest

When a press release was released when BB8 was near launch, it said '...lets hope it's as successful as BB7'

After the series of BB8 there was a comment which said 'Big Brother 8 wasn't highly as successful as Big Brother 7'

Not BB5, or BB6 - BB7

I think BB5 is highly over rated, i've been watching it on youtube, and got bored after week 2

Its rubbish, BB7 was much better, and CBB4 follows it

So the producers think themselve that BB7 was the greatest series ever.

Its because it ran in two consecutive years and they could compare BB8 with the previous year. They know BB3 is their best series and beating that is now in their dreams, ie it will never happen.

It means they think it is the greatest and they said good words for 7, why not say not as successful as BB5 or BB3?

They probably said that because BB7 was seen as the last good series.

Why not BB5, BB6, BB3, What was special about mentioning BB7when many here called it the worst series?

Well as I have already said because it was seen as the last good series, I didn't think it was that good but a lot of people thought it was brilliant.

No. Its because BB7 was the last series for it to be compared to. Jumping years makes no sense especially by 3-5 years.

You clearly don't know how things like this work.

Nice try Far.

They compare it to BB7 because it was the series before BB8. No other reason behind it.

At no point did the producers say out right thay they felt BB7 was the greatest series ever. All they said was that BB8 wasnt as sucsessful, which it wasnt going to be since it was up against BGT.

In fact, in the C4 fourms Big Brother himself said that BB5 and BB3 were the highest rated and therefore the most sucsessful.

But not the most preferred by the producers.

What gives you the impression that the producers prefer BB7 over the other seven series? The fact that they said "...lets hope it's as successful as BB7"? if so, thats crap. They are saying that because they are comparing it the pervious series. Thats all. They are never going to compate it to BB5 because they know that no series will ever beat BB5.

i think BB7 was the best series of big brother, closely followed by big brother 3. BB7 would have been even better if Nikki had won

It doesn't matter about personal opinions. Its only a success if it pulls in high viewing figures. This is the order of success from their point of view.

1) BB3 (2002) - 5.8m
2) BB5 (2004) - 5.0m
3) BB1 (2000) - 4.7m
=) BB7 (2006) - 4.7m
5) BB2 (2001) - 4.6m
=) BB4 (2003) - 4.6m
7) BB6 (2005) - 4.4m
8) Season 8 (2007) - 3.9m

1--Nikki-vulnerable, Funny and a Goldie Hawn type personality
2-Grace, snobbish, smart, funny bitch - BB needs a villanious character and Grace was good
3- Jayne--We need another loudmouth Jade goodey
4-Richard--liked him, he had charm, but was so bitchy-Who doesn't bitch, too much nice and lovey dovey is too dull to watch, and Rich was great.
5- Lea-We need a psycopath - Lea was an Obssessive lover, kind of reminds of that women in fatal attraction film
6-Pete very clever indeed, Jim Carrey resemblence
7- Shabaz-- Another intelligent Psyco, wow, just loved the bit when he hid all those food, ade BB7 first week of best first week higlights of Bb ever
Thats not entertainment, watching a sad person being bullied.
8- Imogen-- attractive, seemed pleasant, but fence sat too much. I would have like to see the Imogen , that called Jade a jealous fattie.
9-Mikey--Well the Raatgate, the swapping Draws, some these moments were legendary, mikey had his fair share and he created these great moments.
10-Glynn, puerile and silly.
Jenny--Why?
12- hnd -- not necessary
13--Read the crowd and acted accordingly.Clever girl.
14 Snoozzie--Again why?. what a farce that Kitkat thing was.
15.Aisleyne - Another good funny and ghetto bitch
16.A perfect bad boy a show needed

As listed and described, BB7 had perfectly different characters with different personality, all of them were just actors, brilliant cast members, best entertainment.

8) Season 8 (2007) - 3.9m
BB7 was 3rd mate, BB1 was close so thats why 7 and 1 is rounded up to 4.7, but 1 just had a little less than 7.

Don't forget it's your opinion, not a fact.
And for me, most of them were freaks, pathetic and people with mental issues. I don't call that entertainment, but it's my opinion.

Big Brother 7? Producers favourite? You've gotta be kinding me?

What a terrible series that was, BB3 and BB5 seem to be the series the producers are most proud of and on the C4 fourms when RealBB was asked he replyed with something along the lines of:

'I think all series are good in their own ways. We all have our ups and downs, however a promenant series would have been series 5.'

I didn't read once about Big Brother 7 being 'the best series' in that paragraph. They are probably just using it as the example as it was the latest series before last.

Anyway, who's to say a producer even wrote this?

I saw the article too

I do think BB5 is highly over-rated. I was watching it on Youtube and got bored after Day 10
