Wow! I'm listening to interviews with the housemates - and they are different. Well, some of them. There are a few that come across the usual BBAU housemate.

The house looks so small in these pics!

Garden looks great and I'm really curious to find out what the other small garden is for. It looks like to does link onto the Rewards Room (BB6).

Also lots of blue seats, and you can see a light shineing on one from the house. I think thats the enterance door. Maybe the housemate will say goodbye to thier families directly before entering through the eviction door.

The house looks awesome. Well I'm kinda disappointed they didn't change the shape of the garden but it's still great.
I think it looks like a mess because they didn't finish to tidy up the furnitures.

One drops out - on the day of launch!

Quote:
In an article posted at midnight (which implies a possible media embargo until the day of the Launch taping), The Daily Telegraph reports that one of this year’s Housemates has pulled out at the last minute. No name is given, but we are told that the HM was an Afghani Muslim.

The Telegraph quotes BB Executive Producer Virginia Hodgson: “We had chosen an Afghani Muslim guy as one of our housemates. He couldn’t proceed for personal and family reasons.”

Although this housemate drop out, it still shows the producers made a line-up with more diversity than ever.
But well, we can't blame him if he had personal and family reasons.

Would of been good to see a Muslim housemate in Big Brother, they rarely appear in Big Brother, I think Kaysar in BBUSA 6 is the only one I know of.

Really hoping our BB9 UK is going to have a diverse cast like this.

Quote:
More housemates have been revealed in the media today ahead of the final set of “Sneak Peak” promos due to air tonight during the SYTYCD finale.

First up is Alice, a 24-year old vet from Victoria with a private school background.

Also revealed today is Saxon, a 22-year old heavily tattooed truck driver who believes in UFOs. On his (now-deleted) My Space page he describes himself as “an aussie bloke who loves to party” and believes that “we are only young once so might as well live it up ay.”

Also revealed in the Herald Sun is David, a twenty-something fireman and former member of the Exclusive Brethren who claims he has “never kissed a girl or eaten in a restaurant”.
