I was so proud of this forum when I did the "Britain's greatest band" poll competition a couple of years ago. And The Beatles won.
They beat Queen by one vote. I like Queen, but they were punching above their weight getting that close to 'The Beatles' |

I was listening to this a lot when I was reading Thomas Hardy a few years back. So this is a song that I randomly associate with The Mayor of Casterbridge. It's not the worst fit imo. It does have a kind of rustic feel imo.
