yes Athletic have made that rule themselves, the spanish FA didn't, they are allowed to buy foreign players but prefer not to
and still booking good results with only basque players, is super impressive, how they are able to compete for the top 5

meanwhile RBC Roosendaal once a professional team, recent years they were an amateur team due to financial problems, but they are almost back to semi-professional level, they won the first match of promotion/relegation play off with 5-0 against Xerxes (which is from Rotterdam), if they win this, they are into the 3rd division

i always loved RBC tbh, with the likes of Gijs Cales, Henk ''Henkie'' Vos in the 00s
Henk Vos whom later on also played for top team Feyenoord for example, and a few times for the dutch national team (he has a kickboxing school nowadays btw)
