While the stat of two thirds of trans women incarcerated are in there for sex crimes is pretty damning, we should remember stats also miss out huge swathes of context.

Firstly, rate of incarceration is not the same as rate of offending. It's said that around 68% of sexual assault crimes go unreported. Out of those that are reported, fewer than 2% result in a charge. Simply due to numbers, for the vast majority of these, the perpetrators will be men. As most women know, a man being prosecuted for rape or sexual assault is a long, drawn out process and also extremely rare.

Secondly, while prostitution is not in itself a sex crime, there are elements around it, like soliciting in a public place, which will count as a sexual offence. Trans women are more likely to solicit for sex due to issues gaining employment.

Thirdly, and connected to point 1, it's not beyond the realms of possibility that trans women are convicted at a higher rate. In fact, it's quite likely.

And lastly, trans people commit a lot less other crime in general than biological men and women, particularly violent crime.

All of this is likely to skew data significantly and so should be considered when seeing a stat such as that.

Below is a great site aggregating data from around the internet showing who exactly is in the news for crimes against children and what demographic they fall under. Makes for an interesting read. (It's US, but I can't see why a similar story wouldn't be here in the UK)

Not when you sort out the percentages though, when you do that per 100 of both groups, trans are overwhelmingly more dangerous when it comes to sexual violence.

My argument is trans people commit more sexual violence than men(per capita, or whatever the word is) I didn't pigeon hole them, the world did, and you went along with it. Sexual inversion is essentially what we would now describe as a form of transgenderism or being non-binary to a certain extent. It was used to describe those who outwardly presented as the gender they were assigned at birth but inside identified as the opposite gender.
