[Two mothers are campaigning for
a change in the law after secret cameras
they installed
in their disabled
sons' care homes uncovered neglect
and poor care.
Lindsay Foskett and Sylvia Siddique
want cameras
to be mandatory in all care settings after
they came forward to
ITV News with their footage.

They have met with the
Liberal Democrat leader Ed Davey,
who is pledging support for their
campaign and to push
it through Parliament.

Lindsay’s son Connor and Sylvia’s
son Mikey are both disabled adults.

Connor has a rare genetic condition,
learning disabilities and is autistic and
Mikey is blind, autistic and has learning disabilities.
