That's a refreshing opinion. A lot of people do wilfully forget that he at least pulled back from her for around a week or so when she got way too intense way too fast.

No, this was before that. They had a bit of a tiff over her intensity/rushing things, and he said he wanted to stay away from her for a bit. She interpreted that to mean they were through, to which he gave no answer and just maintained his distance for about a week, more or less.

Exactly.

He got all the blame for Elsa's irritating behaviour, which I do think was really unfair.

But it's not the first time that I have thought that the public have gone in harsh on a Housemate, and I'm sure that he won't be the last.
