 Doodlebug’s story will melt your heart. �� After losing his mother too soon, this tiny eastern grey kangaroo was taken in by wildlife carer Gillian Abbott in New South Wales, Australia. Alone and distressed, he needed something to help him feel safe in this big, unfamiliar world. ��❤️ That’s when a simple teddy bear became his greatest comfort. For Doodlebug, hugging it wasn’t just play, it was his way of finding security and calm. Even as he grew older and began hopping around on his own, he never stopped coming back to embrace his beloved bear. �� �� Photo by Tim Abbott
