According to VC on DS, JLC when recording the BBLNP, said "15 have just gone in".

i thought he meant 15 ex HM's where at the BBLNP.but yea he was probably talking about the HM's

No, Voodo Child (who posted the report from the BBLNP) said that JLC was referring to the 15 ex-housemates who were on the show, not the new housemates in BB9.
