I'm glad how they've [according to him] really took the time into picking who goes in this year, rather than just saying "Oh the public will like them, put them in" like I feel they've done in previous years. I think they've chosen people who won't back down from tasks, with maybe a few exceptions for more entertainment purposes.
I'm really looking forward to this now!

No, all housemates go into hiding at some point. Maybe not all at the same time if you're going in half way through. But yes, hiding is needed so that people will not find your identity etc.

ah i see! just like i said my pal had a home visit about 4 weeks ago but has not heard anything since. we have read that some hm do not find out till 2 days b4. leah walker only found out 2 days b4 so he is stressing.

What's the point in going in hiding days before i thought they go in hiding before the press pictures are released or what's the point?
i don't see the point in them going in at this stage as it is too late - they will know too much especially if they have looked at certain websites or forums like this - newspapers or anything!

I read an article anyway that this year they will be in hiding for two weeks and this news was defiantly before the house pictures were released (obviously as there would be only ten days to go) and they are in a hot foreign country but i forgot the name!

16 housemates seems a reasonable number, you might get a few people walk or get kicked out in the early weeks but as long as we have a decent original group and most of the finalists have been there from Day 1 and deserve to be there then we should be in for a good series!
