The housemates this year are actually quitte bad. They are either getting ejected or wanting to walk. Why do Big Brother put housemates in that will probably get ejected or will probably walk?

Are they really able to predict who will walk or get ejected.I find it highly unlikely in most cases.Who would have thought Dennis would have spat in someone's face?
