I never watched any of the old series, so I've seen Christopher and David. Although David goes a little crazy sometimes, I'd say him.

Christopher Eccleston was the best doctor of the lot.

However saying that they were all good up until Tom Baker then they and show started to going down hill.

Only seen Christopher Eccleston and David Tennant
Out of the two I prefer David Tennant and I would imagine he is one of the best doctors ever because I don't how someone could be better than him
