given that he has been banned in the past for drug taking should he still be allowed to compete fo gb in the olympics?

No. He knew the rules. He happily broke them. if he is aloud to run again then where is the deterrent for others.

But the rules were that they would serve their ban and then be aloud back. The BOA rule is, get caught and you are out. He knew that but still did it.

NO, it should be a privaledge to represent your country, Dwane Chambers instead bought us into direpute and shame, he should never be allowed to represent Britain again, no matter what the tournament.

This should apply to all our sports too.

People lose their jobs if they're caught taking drugs of any kind. Why should he be any different just because he is an athlete?

He can still earn a living running for athletic clubs who wish him to compete for them, I just don't think he should gain the privaledge of representing Britain again.

His arrogance had not helped his cause with the public. He is not sorry he did it. Just sorry he got caught. His you can't win clean comments were disgraceful. No Dwane. YOU can't win clean. Are you saying that if YOU run and YOU win, YOU must be on drugs?
