He's:
- Boring - Repulsive - Vile - Boring - Lazy - Greedy - Boring - Hypocritical I could go on, but I forgot to mention he's BORING. |

You say repulsive, vile and hypocritical. These are all just generic insults which people seem to throw around on here especially when they can't justify their dislike for a housemate. They certainly don't apply to Mo. You've used boring 3 times for effect. So all you've got really is....he's boring, lazy and greedy. Which is a very weak argument for disliking someone even a bit. I believe the term is "clutching at straws". |

In his VT he said he eats pork, and he also drinks and smokes. However in the house he pretends to be this Muslim and demands that Halal Meat should go on the shopping list, just so he can eat it. However if he does the three things in the first line then how is that not hypocritical at all? And how is wanting food for himself that noone else can eat not greedy? The reason for using boring 4 times was for effect, you are right. Mo is one of the most boring housemates in Big Brother history IMO. I honestly can't think of 3 things he has done that have entertained me. I can't point my finger on why he is vile, he has just made me feel repulsed. I also find his manners quite disgusting and tonight in the ashtray with Sara just made him out to be so desperate. |

Just look at the housemates from BB5 and BB6 and see how Mohamed compares.
He's definatley not the worst housemate there, but he's for sure nowhere near the best. |

Its funny that people call mo greedy when lisa eats more that mo! I have seen it but nobody says anything.
Last week kat was making some food and she asked lisa if she wanted some.. Lisa replied, "no its ok because i've already had 3 bowls of musli" 3 fking bowls! But again nobody says anything. Kat and darnell eat loads but mo gets called greedy. Now with him sleeping... All of them have slept in the day and mikey has done the most.. Your falling for the bb edits all the time, i see it on here that one highlights show its like yay yay i love that housemate... Then the next day with the edits its grrr i hate that housemate... The same housemate aswell. Its the same with the mo bullying.. The haters are like sheep. |

![]() Yeah I mean I have nothing against the guy, I just think he should have been out a long time ago because he doesn't provide much entertainment compared to the rest of the housemates and there have been a few housemates who've been evicted that I think should have gotten further than Mo, and now that he's definitely in the final I find it a bit annoying that we can't evict him properly

Bogey Mo is selfish, nasty, stinking, filthy & lazy. He is a liar & a thief. He slapped Mikey on the head and deliberately hit him on the back of the neck with a ball.
He is a scumbag & a snake. Bogey Mo & Demented Darnell out. |

What has Mo ever done to hurt anybody in there? Going back to the whole muslim ordeal. He comes from a muslim family, and maybe his parents have accepted that he drinks and smokes but would be very angry to see him munching down on non halal meat on national t.v. Its called disrespect, and the halal thing is quite a big deal to muslims. Why not try looking beneath the surfice? Oh, and everyone can happily eat the halal meat, and they have done on many occasions. Its just ammunition really, and also a very trivial reason to dislike someone so much. Every housemate in there has been hypocritical at some point, and so have most of the population. Its human nature. Quote:
What about Stuart? Rachel? Maysoon? Dale? Sara? Kat? What the hell have any of them done that is so special? And thats just this year alone. Mo has been part of some of the biggest storylines of the year, and his Mo-ments are hilarious. What show are you watching man? Quote:
If you don't get it, then thats your problem. Quote:
What about pizzagate? (Stu, Dale, Rex) What about Sylvia hiding the food for the whisper club? Once again on a basic budget. What about Mikey hiding food underneath his bed? On a basic budget.... What about Darnell and Dale's late night cook ups? You are just using any old ammunition to express your dislike for this character. Is is it one rule for some and a different rule for others? That seems to be the case here. Otherwise going by your logic, you should hate everyone in the house. |

So you're just left with this claim that he's hypocritical, to add to your measley list of "greedy, boring and lazy" as good reasons to dislike him. Now the problem here is you've misunderstood the concept of hypocrisy. It's a close call, I'll give you that, but Mo's attitude towards his religion does not make him a hypocrite, certainly not because of the halal meat issue, and here's why. Mo is an independant thinker who tries to honour his religion, but is intelligent enough to see through it's old fashioned pointless ways. Therefore he uses it's guidance where he sees fit and still allows himself to enjoy certain aspects of life such as smoking, eating pork and drinking alcohol. Now, the reason Mo might request halal chicken or lamb is because these are available to him even within the strict rules of the Islam doctrine - so he refrains from crossing that line. To call him a hypocrite for breaking some rules but not all of them is to misunderstand the situation. Your theory that he does it to be greedy and get more for himself is something you've dreamt up yourself, therefore void. Often Mo's settled for different meats rather than chicken or lamb seeing as other housemates kick up such a fuss. I believe he even honours the "no beef" rule, too. |

Rachel has shown a huge strength of character being attacked by Rex on various occasions, one of which Mohamed of all people laughed at. After everything he went through in the opening weeks I would have thought he would be better than that, that was a real turning point for Mo for me. I find Sara very endearing, if you watch the live feed she is very entertaining, if you watched the other night where Big Brother pulled a prank on her in the camera run that is a recent good example. The dictionary definition of hypocrisy: 1. a pretense of having a virtuous character, moral or religious beliefs or principles, etc., that one does not really possess. 2. a pretense of having some desirable or publicly approved attitude. 3. an act or instance of hypocrisy. In religion you do not pick and choose what rules you follow, especially two which are so closely linked. Oh and I'd like to add extremely bad manners to that list. |

By tradition he feels obliged to follow religion for his family's sake, but they are also a family who are clearly willing to not stay stuck in the past, adhering to pointless rules which sensible people can see right through. The only reason Mo continues the halal tradition is out of respect for something which he doesn't necessarily need to rebel against, seeing as it is available already. What you are confusing as hypocrisy is actually respectful, jusfied rebellion against backward traditions. Although, your confusion is completely understandable, given society's obsession with forcing down our throats the inherently ridiculous concept of religion and it's importance. |

Mo does not follow the halal guidelines, otherwise he wouldn't eat pork. Quote:
He says he won't eat non-halal meat because its against his religion, however he thinks its fine to eat pork, pork which is forbidden and as a consequence is not halal meat. That is the point I'm trying to get across but I thought both of you might have been intelligent enough to figure that out. |
