BIG Brother lovers Mario Marconi and Lisa Appleton had botox and fillers for last night’s finale.
Mum-of-one Lisa, 40, popped into a clinic in London on Thursday for the work.

Our source said: “She asked if she could have her lips plumped for the final show. But she was advised against that because it can cause bruising that might not have gone down in time for the show.

“She had her boobs done with the clinic before she went in the house. She went from a C to a DD.

“And she has been talking about having another enlargement to take them to an F.”

But Mario and Lisa are not the only BB stars to enhance their looks and maximise their “post house” opportunities.

Rex’s other half, student Nicole Cammack, 19, has had her teeth bleached since leaving the house.

Chantelle Houghton, 25, shot to stardom when she took the crown as winner of Celebrity Big Brother 2006 and married Ordinary Boys lead singer Preston. However soon after her marriage breakdown she had a boob job.

A spokeswoman for the clinic, Transform, said: “We have always had a strong celebrity client base with everyone from Katie Price and Gemma Atkinson coming to us for surgery. And although the stars of Big Brother aren’t celebrities when they go in, it’s almost a guarantee that by the time they’re out they’ll have a degree of celebrity.

“But as we well know, for some, the opportunity for stardom doesn’t last long, so it’s not surprising that they come to us almost immediately to enhance their look, giving them the best possible chance of making it in this competitive industry.”

Mario and Lisa made history as they became the first couple to enter the Big Brother house.

They got engaged in the house when Mario, 42, surprised Lisa with a diamond engagement ring — weeks after being booted out.


Lee Peterson, spokesperson for Mario and Lisa’s management company, Neon Management, said: “Once the stars of the show come out of the house they come to us to help manage their career — and in the fickle entertainment world image is everything so it’s vital that they look their best.

“We’ve seen from experience that cosmetic surgery treatments can really help to sustain careers for many of the BB celebrities.”
