Of course it depends on the nominations. On the C4 website it shows Tim as the least popular housemate with the public, Jade the next one.

It is possible Jade could survive a Tim vs Jade vote.

Also, Kate has made Jonny and PJ aware that she is worried about being the only "bird" (her word) left, and as Jonny, PJ and Kate are unlikely to nominate each other, this leaves Alex and Tim. Even though Alex has been a miserable so and so lately, Tim would have no chance against Alex.
