It's started, - last night Craig launched into bitching about Science, & Derek got involved - CRAIG has now stepped up the action, the bitching against him - Derek already has Eugene brainwashed against Science too, so Science WILL be up this week!

I CALL on every SCIENCE fan to defend this onslaught - it's going on now 13:27 for those who cannot see E4. Craig is on his soapbox stabbing him inthe back to all the others, backed by Derek. They know he is a threat, so are starting their attempt to out him, - DON'T let this happen - Craig has done this before, and I know I went on about it - but this is ridiculous - I hate the mind games tactic Craig & Derek apply against who they think is a threat to them. This year has some of the nastiest, manipulative Housemates ever! Don't let this evil win, I beg you.

We MUST keep Science in, to show thier plan won't work! Put yourself in Science's position & ask yourself, under that sort of pressure & personal, mind game attack in a confined group - would you not lose your cool & kick off? If you think you could take it, you're kidding yourself, Science has done well not to have hit someone by now - I've been expecting it, dreading it - as they are pushing him to do it so he's booted out! - they know he may just do that if pushed enough - Eugene even said as much last night. With Craig & Derek - it is really becoming more difficult to watch this year! If they suceed in getting Science out, I will stop - I couldn't bear to see either of those manipulators win!

I really am sick of the bitching. I actually think that they should be stopped from nominating as they are posionous and it's an obvious attempt to sway the votes. I can't understand what anyone see's in Science. He has no social skills whatsoever and is in fact an anti-social misfit...
His regular inarticulate tirades just reveal his lack of intelligence and really just show what a dimwitted moron he is...

I disagree, I think his regular inarticulate tirades just show that he is, at most, inarticulate, and doesn't lead to the logical conclusion that he lacks intelligence. He is clearly insightful and perceptive, it's a lack of social skills which lets him down, not a lack of intelligence.

Exactly right Slartibartfast. I think Science is actually one of the most intelligent housemates in there. Being well spoken and well educated does not necessarily mean someone is intelligent, just as a lack of social skills, or being inarticulate does not mean that someone is not intelligent. Science has one of the best brains in there imo; I just hope he is able to realise his potential.

I am not Makosi's biggest fan but she at least has the deceny to sit and talk to Science and I gained respect for her when she had a go at Derek for calling Science a peasent. Now Derek is saying that Makosi is treading on thin ice, well so is he.

I don't agree at all Dr G.

I think he is a bright lad. He may be under-educated, but he can be very perceptive and kind. I have seen him quietly reassure and comfort other housemates. He fetched Makosi back from the steps on Friday night whilst everyone else looked on.

His biggest failing is being very defensive and trying to cope with what he percieves as criticism by responding rather loudly, without really hearing what people say.

In his defense though, he is often picked on hen he is quietly minding his own business.

He is very self-contained, and I think the others find the fact that he isn't seeking out alliances and tittle-tattling about the others very unnerving.

He's a straightforward lad in a house full of vipers. Notice how he patiently allows Eugene to ramble on to him, even though he is often rendered semi comatose by it. I think he feels at least Eugene is pretty harmless, and not entering into the general back-stabbing fest of the others.

This BB is mean street. Dog eat dog, it would appear. I suspect Science has learnt to deal with this sort of situation by staying out of the fray, and when he thinks he is being attacked, he defends his little bit of ground.

All in all I think his mum and dad should be proud of him.

R.O.B., what a great post. I would agree with every word of that. Science is misunderstood by a lot of his housemates, who don't have the compassion or sense to realise what he is all about.

I think Science needs to know that others take notice of him. I think there is a little bit of insecurity there. He has to make others listen to him even if it means shouting over everyone. He has to feel that his views are right and accepted by everyone. The problem is that he goes the wrong way about it. He is so anxious to make a point and get people to accept what he says that he just doesnt take account of anyone else.

I think Science came into BB at too young an age. Fast forward a couple of years when he has calmed down and he would make a great housemate. Perhaps by then he would have learnt to listen to others and understand that he is not always right. He has a caring side that comes out now and then, but is overtaken by his overbearing side.

Craig did it again, - Sunday night eye catcher to get the nominations he wants! Strange how EVERYONE but Craig/Dereks TARGETS vote / nominate the same & give same reasons! Craig Will NEVER get nominated - & that means we don't get chance to get him out - he's too good at the game - I hope Science stays! & I can say. I told you so! (read my posts from yesterday)
