I completely disagree with this, but understand their viewpoint. There have been a number of cases (past and present) where eavesdropping phone evidence was not allowed, simply because of the means it was established. Murderers have been let free for this reason.
BUT. Constantly observing everyone in Britain at one given time is obviously going to catch murderers. But it will decrease our quality of living and freedom. |

Wow. day by day this country is getting more petty and pathetic, no wonder I hate being British.
This is not needed, other countries don't have this problem, and don't have this with mobile phones. ![]() |
