Default I need to vent!

Okay, so I had a really good day today until the end of school. Our school is having this talent show thingy and the organizers are desperate for people to put their name down. I considered doing it today but thought I'd ask a friend if they were doing it. My best friend replyed, "God no I'd hate that" and another close friend said she'd also like to do something but with someone else. So we said we'd do something together. Then another good friend of mine - who I know my best friend likes - comes up and I ask him if he's doing it. He says yeah, someone volunteered him. I said oh yeah me and her are doing something together too! He say, "I wish I was in your group". Whilst this is going on my best friend over hears and jumps into the convo and says "We should all do something together!". So I say to her, "Hang on, you didn't want to di it a minute ago!" and she accuses me of being spiteful. She's made it very obvious she's pissed off I said that but it was also clear that I was speaking truth not spite.

The just so I knew she hadn't let it go, when I was walking out of school, I was ahead of her chatting to someone. She calls me as I was midsentence so I carry on. She calls me again and I say what? She goes, "Sor-ry!" as if I had screamed at her! then she didn't talk to me for the rest of the day.

It just annoyed me so much that the idea of doing it with me and our close friend was god awful to her, but as soon as he pipes up, she's all gung ho for the talent show. This has happnened before when I asked her to go see a play with me she down right refused, so I offer it to him, he accepts and then she says, "Oh maybe I will go after all!".

What do you think I should do? Oh and if you have any suggestions for what I could do in the talent show just say (Instruments and singing is out of the question!)

Ignore her, It doesn't seem like too much of a big problem.

It wouldn't be if I didn't know it wouldn't happen again. I also know from experience that she can hold a grudge for weeks.
