Annie, I suggest if you feel such anger. That sitting down with a nice cup of co-co, put your feet up and read a book, usually helps with these sort of situations. Thank you.

been toddler free today cos she been with her dad so i went shopping which was crazy and hurt my arm carrying all the shopping back
