em the kind of brief description is it's countries racing each other as opposed to drivers and theirs 2 races a sprint race which is short usually around 20 mins and a feature race which is much longer. The other major thing is that the teams use the "same" engine. Hope that helps!

It's still in it's infant years, 4 or 5 i'm not too sure, the whole idea of it is that everyone has the "same" car so it should show off driver talent if you know what i mean.

They've already had 3 races at the end of last year they were in the Netherlands, China and Malaysia. The upcoming one is on the 25th in New Zealand, then the other 6 are Indonesia and South Africa(both in February), Mexico(March), Portugal(April) and Britain and Brazil(May). |

There's also an official youtube channel with highlight vids here's the link http://www.youtube.com/user/A1GPOFFICIAL. That should give you a good basis to catch up.

Yeah, I watch it. It has some pretty good single-seater racing. You can watch the races live for free on the A1 GP website which is great.

I was going to remember to watch the races today from Portugal but the A1GP website says they are not showing it live today because of satellite issues. It's only on Sky Sports live.
Team GBR should bring back Danny Watts, he's much better than this new guy they've got. |

Mexico round has been cancelled for obvious reasons so GB round this weekend is the final race of the season. Qualifying this afternoon, races tomorrow. Live streaming online for anyone interested, think I'll remember to watch this time.
