and i cut out tea/coffee and replaced it with hot water with lemon and honey

I had a bottle today for the first time this year and it felt so good, the taste is just unbelievable. I think i'm going to become addicted again lol

omg. YES! I'm so addicted. I'm trying to ween myself off the damn stuff, a little bit less each day. It's like a drug. I need my fix of coke to get me through the day or I get the shakes, and feel depressed.

i've cut down loads now 1 or 2 cans a week compared to when i was at school and drinking prob 4 cans plus stuff from large bottle as well i still crave it loads though esp cherry coke
