According to my profile I joined on 14-10-2002, however I was around on TIBB before that as I remember participating during BB3 which was in 2002, so I suspect the join date given is the result of a major TiBB system crash in that year.

That said I notice that two threads are extolling the virtues of those who joined in 2007 or 2008

Well I would like to mention those of us who have been here from the start or near the start.

I came across after being invited by the long departed LEE because the forum I was on then, Talk Big Brother had a problem in that the owner was linking his site to adult sites when many who posted there were under 16.

That shows how far back I go, even though the date of joining is giving a later date.

This thread has proof that I was a member of TiBB in 2001, well before what it says on my profile.

I was one of those here near the beginning.

There was a crash of the system that I recall but our dates of register could not be set to when we actually joined.

I think some of the other "old-timers" should post here too if they joined in 2001
