My mum, me and my mum live together. We are like flat mates its great
I love my mum she is like my best friend, my dad on the other hand lives in Wales and I hardly see him so not much competition.

They both have good and bad qualities and wouldn't want to judge my parents who id say love me equally, it would be unfair.

Female. Genuinely don't have a preference.

I guess I have special circumstances though, so appreciate them both for different things. Both parents have kinda swapped roles - my mum is the level-headed advice giver, but also the hugger, carer and friend. But considering circumstances - my dad is kinda in the "mum" role in terms of practicalities.

I have 2 different relationships with my parents like I enjoy talking business, rugby and playing sports, smoking and drinking vodka with my dad while with my mum, who's typically Italian, she protects me, I can tell her anything and even if she is a bit intrusive, she rocks and keep the house in order considering her job is tough (nurse).

So I can't compare what's not comparable. I love them both.

I am female and preferr my mum.

She is actually like my best friend. I can talk to her about everything and always do. We always go out for lunch etc and when I am down she comes over and chats etc.

I get on with my dad as well but he is really strict on me so sometimes we clash when I want to do my own thing.

But i love both my parents
