When I was in a privately-owned day nursery at night. My dad was the DIY man and had to come in at night to make sure the grounds were alright and fix things etc. It's got a mile-long drive down to it and is surrounded by trees etc.

Anyway, this one night I came along with him and was playing in one of the rooms and he was in another part of it... when suddenly this man came into the doorway. He had blood all over his face and was muttering non-sensical things and coming towards me. Anyway, turns out this man is a paranoid schizophrenic that had been on the run from authorities once his wife had divorced him, and hadn't been taking his meds.

I still sometimes have nightmares about it.

That's what freaks me.... randomness. He could have done anything and no amount of logic would have for warned you. It's like my fear of flying cockroaches. They are so random... they may land on you... they may not. hehe so unpredictable. ( on second thought a blood faced schizo is worse)

This isnt a scariest moment of my life thing but i reember beeing rerally scared when i saw my grandads cat ( it has been sitting next to an electir heater) and its fur was smoking the smallest amount ! lol i ran up to her and grabbed her but dropped her cause it burnt my hand lol x
