mine runs from around now to sept time cos i also have pollen and hay allergies so get it from the grass flowers and when they do the crops as well i hate it and normally just struggle on through the streamming eyes and nose cos i refuse to be shut indoors

i know what u mean. i would love to lay out in the garden in the sunshine but i just cant. It's why i like winter better.

nope they dont work i have tried all over counter nasal sprays and tablets and some doc prescribed ones as well and nothing really works and those that do wear off after about a hour tops
