what happened in the last ten minutes? My TV started to play up when the twins' fight spilled into the ball.

Emily was about to punch Katie in the face infront of everybody, then decided not to and said that she wants to be herself. She took her dress off... to reveal another dress then admitted she can't admit how she feels and loves Naomi. She walks off with Naomi and everybody else applauds them.
