I don't like the banner at the top but I love the rest.

However, the Channel 4 Font isn't supposed to be commerically avaliable so it could never be used for TiBB..

I like it, although

In terms of web design and css coding. This site would be hard to do.
The background image unless its a fixed with/height design, you could not have a border(by image) round.
