BB doesn't feel like its even started for me cos of the lack of live feed. They say its cos they cant afford it...nonsense.They are filming it 24 hours a day still, they just need someone to bleep out any swearing and certain conversations - how does that break the bank i dont understand.
Surely its all a way of winding BB down. There was non-existent build up to BB this year. The launch had a smaller crowd. It was clearly not live (yes i know there is always a delay on the live stuff,about 30 mins,but it was light during the launch and i was watching it and outside my window it was dark).
There is not even a forum on the channel 4 BB website!
During the week its not going to be on live until half past midnight! I dont feel like its even started really. If their reason is viewing figures, which is not what they gave as the reason, or cost, then why cant there be a pay-per-view service or internet service that u have to pay for - at least then if you really wanna watch it u can.
It doesnt make sense. Well it does if the real reason is to wind the show down over this and the next series.
The lack of live feed isnt making me feel as involved or as bothered about it now, as i know there is no its just a 45 min show each night now , edited the way they want it to look. If i like someone on the show im likeing them from what i see on the highlights which could easily be not a true reflection on the type of person they actually are in the house If i only watched the highlights in previous series , id have liked certain housemates that i infact didnt like cos of knowing what they were really like having watched some live feed.
I feel removed from the show for the first time.Even the first series we were able to get internet feed.
Now,if i were to miss an episode in the evening,i wouldnt be very bothered cos its just a show now. Are the housemates actually in the house during the day or are they just put back in late at night just before live fed starts....cos thats how it feels.
Whats the point in living anymore???

i totally agree with everything you said. It feels like they are trying to ween us off BB the way they do with people with drug habbits.

I am going stir crazy without the live feed.

Even on BBLB George was asking viewers to let him know what we thought of the new housemates - I was screaming at the tv that you can't form an opinion from watching someone walking up and down a set of stairs, cas that feels like all we had seen by that point.

I agree that E4 does have a live streaming but it's overnight when most folk inside and outside the house will be asleep. Is this so that the powes that be can quote that they are stil meeting some sort of Live-tv quota by saying that they are still showing x amount of hours live( with complete disreagard for content and quality).

I am angry that there is no live feed.
People power has to triumph on this issus.

omfg get over the live feed. you are seriously sad if you sit and watch people sitting around all day. its nearly as bad as watching paint dry. fair enough i do watch some of the late night live feed but that's enough. do u people not have jobs or lives and don't take this as me slaggin you off but i'm just curious what you do...

I really enjoy reading peoples views on the live feed axe, im so pleased that we all have this forum to make as many threads about the axe as possible, and all have a jolly good rant. Im sure Channel4 are reading these posts and taking them all into deep consideration.
