That cannot be good for me, but they were damn fine.

i have eaten a 24 pack over a day before i have a huge weakness for crisps so now tend to buy them 1 pack at a time in the shop rather than multipacks

Not crisps but ive tried to pack almost 300 grams of protein into a day before and its kinda hard.

Had generally

Porrige like 10 grams

Chicken Breast Sandwiches 27grams

Tuna 28 grams

2 protein drinks 100 grams

2 chicken breasts for dinner 56 grams + rice cakes.

Mince 50 grams

And loads of water.


So thats 271.


I felt drained because nothing included sugar it was all water and protein
So full but nothing for the body to run on...

That was the most ive eaten in a day in general lol.

Excessive eating over one thing, not really anything for me...

Yes i have to everyday.

We go out for snacks on a friday night, and people just picking stuff up and im there looking at the nutrition values lol!

Always take longest.

I'm too much of a health freak these days, even if I have a curry I won't eat then for about a week or something stupid like that. Its more work at the gym (which I'm stupid and go to at 6am every day .....................)

But I was never big on crisps anyway, couldn't ever eat a full bag at once, how you managed 24 ... pretty impressive
