Update: i finally caught it and atm i got it in my arms wrapped up in a blanket it has some wet bread to eat which it really loves

Get a cup, get it in it and put paper over the top, then release it. Thats what I did when I had a bat in my room.

This used to happen to me all the time when I stayed at my parents. Once I had three in my room and I just hid under the bed and waited for them to go out the window.
