Why do we rarely see what he's up to in the house, is this BB leaving him out of the HL show, or is he not doing anything interesting?

Seems after that blow out at Angel telling her to stop being so negative all the time, he's gone into his shell a bit, i'm sure he's got loads of entertainment in him, if only he had a partner to bounce off
