Default Torchwood Series 3- Children of Earth

It looks to be starting in the first week of July. Here are the trailers for it.

This series has been fantastic. Tonight's episode was the best yet.

[spoil] Ianto can't REALLY be dead? They've not even replaced Owen and Tosh yet! [/spoil]

I think he may be you know. Think about it. Torchwood Series 4 will be a brand new cast. Like starting over with a clean slate.

The week of episodes have been brilliant and surely some of the best TV of the year shown by the record ratings it has got.
My only critisism is that in the last 10-15minutes of the last episode too much happened and it felt a little rushed.
I'm not happy with the death of Ianto, especially not after the deaths of Tosh and Owen but I think a series 4 has been set up well for a new team to be in place but still uncertainty whether Gwen or Jack will head up the team.

I think Gwen will most likely be there, but I'm not sure about Jack. I hope he is though. But I loved it this week, I don't think I've ever been so captivated by a tv drama. I really felt what the characters were feeling about the kids and stuff.

Well Gwen is pregnant in real life so I don't know if that will effect if her decision on series 4 and I haven't heard that John Barrowman doesn't want to do anymore. I think the show can survive without Jack but not Gwen
It was the political side which made the week for me, it reminded me of 24 with the all points of view from the government, the good guys, the bad guys and civilians shown and taken into account. Even though this one week format works better I would like it to go back to 13 episodes over 13 weeks next series

I think Gwen will be back, we see most events through her eyes. She's essentially our eyes. Jack will be back, he loves doing Torchwood. What they'll do is that Gwen will head a new team and in the first episode of the fourth series Jack'll come back and they'll use his return to introduce the new characters.

I hope that Lois and that Assasin government woman become members. Their characters were fantastic (Especially the assasin woman).
