I cant see the picture, but if it's the one in your avatar, it's great work for a first try in paint. Good too that you used a proper template. No matter how amazing a design concept might be, a lot of eyes still end up being rubbish because they dont even have the structure of the official eye.

Get yourself on to mininova.com and blag photoshop. Also, thats a quality username .
