Default BB UK vs BB US

What do you guys think? I know it's only the first episode but judging by it the BB US season is going to be much more interesting. Instead of a house of daft punks there are some pretty diverse people who actually possess a brain in this house.

Oxford English Dictionary:

arse

• noun Brit. vulgar slang; a person’s bottom.

— ORIGIN Old English.

It is a word. and to whoever said language isn't invented. I'll think you find it is.

We may learn it, but new words arise everyday, therefore invented (and language had to come from somewhere originally)

The USA BB TV show has the American game show type edit, but the live feeds rock the casbah. I'm watching them now and enjoying the LF a lot. This cast is awesome and this years twist seems good. I would never watch it without livefeed that's for sure, and I don't rely on the highlight shows at all.

It is still a word.

If you would like to have a discussion about the meaing of words then feel free to start a topic on it, I'll be happy to, being a writer, I'm more than happy to have that debate (correct thread though please if you want the debate).

good point. this is also one of the main reasons i enjoy USA over UK. The live feed is a lot of fun, and I'm sure the the HMs won't be in bed at 1AM

No thanks, I know I'm right so there's no use in wasting time debating over something I have already proven.

Being a writer and all, you should know the definition of slang, therefor this ends here.

I AM RIGHT

Yes, I do understand what you're saying.
The fault is mine, and I hope one day we might be able to put our differences aside and enjoy tea & crumps while watching the sun rise.

I AM RIGHT

You may think you're right.

So we'll leave it there.

But slang words are still words in the context of language.
