He told the housemates to fire the fire extinguisher in house, at Sophie and Karly. Isn't that disrespectable to the house and to the housemates?

It's not the same thing! There's a difference between ruining property, and misuing things. The attack on Karly on Sophie was very quick and had no lasting effects, but throwing the mangle into the pool was silly because it is a neccecity to the housemates for drying their clothes. Where is the logic in that?
He can be a bit over reactive, but he had a point, and Halfwit was getting a bit too sure of himself, believing he do what he felt like because he had others to back him up, but what about the other housemates that not part of this? It affects them too as well, as they found out today. No consideration there,.. even if it is harmless. I see everybody's point, and they make sense,... but why should someone be labelled wrong or boring just because they are not in the majority? Is that not what happened to Halfwit for weeks? The majority were against him, and now look what's happened. Anyway,... seeing from the point of view as a viewer, it did make good viewing. ![]() |

How much do one of them fire extinguisher things cost? It's one of the first things i thought of when i seen Charlie with it. Kind of a waste of money in all honesty. Not to disregard the fun of it, it was kind of funny but in the long run they might need to use a fire extinguisher.

Another example of rodrigo choosing a moment to have a hissy fit. he was involved with the fire extinguisher, the same as he was with the alcholol when charlie nicked it. and why target halfwit? there were many more involved. further example to me that he's not the clean cut and honourable character that he would like to convey to the public.

I dont think dunking the mangle into the pool would hurt the mangle in any way, it would be sturdy and by its very nature waterproof. Nor would a dunking hurt the cactus or the bath. these items being left out in the garden, open to the elements. However in the event of a fire, a fire extinguisher might be useful. It may even save a life! |

it's dangerous to "play" with the fire extinguisher Specifically concerning Kidde Sodium Bicarbonate fire extinguishers, it is not toxic, although it can cause shortness of breath, or exacerbate existing asthema or other respiratory problems. Its "unsafe" threshold limit according to the Occupational Safety and Health Adminsitration is 15 mg/m^3. Also, from the datasheet of the Kidde fire extinguishers, I found the complete safety data, and have reproduced it below: SECTION 6 ? HEALTH HAZARD DATA Threshold limit value: ACGIH TLV for particulates not otherwise classified: 10 mg/m3 OSHA PEL for nuisance dust limit total: 15 mg/m3 Routes of entry: Inhalation: YES; may be irritant to the respiratory tract. Eye contact: YES; mildly irritant for a short period. Skin contact: YES; may be mildly irritating. Ingestion: NOT an expected route of entry. Signs and symptoms of overexposure: Acute: Transient cough, shortness of breath, irritation of airways. Chronic: This product is not known to cause chronic illness. Medical conditions generally aggravated by exposure: Asthma, emphysema, bronchitis or other respiratory illness. Chemical listed as carcinogen or potential: NTP program: No IARC monographs: No OSHA: No Emergency and first aid procedures: Eye contact: Flush with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. Skin contact: Wash with soap and water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. Inhalation: Move victim to fresh air. Seek medical attention if discomfort continues. Ingestion: Rinse mouth, drink large amounts of water and induce vomiting. Seek medical help. |

I fully agree with this, if they play with and use up the fire extinguishers, when they did have an emergency, they would be in trouble!
They migt even have put their lives at risk, they could all die horribly in a fire, er, ummm well, I think they should be allowed to play with the fire extinguishers after all! |

Roderigo is a menace as was shown on live feed last night. I think he sees Charlie as is greatest opposition and he will try anything to get rid of him.
Pouring the oil on the bed was out of order. Roderigo was called to the diary room and came back saying BB told him they were as bad as each other. In the bedroom the housemates talked about the incident and one said Rod might be thrown out but Charlie said No, he wont he never gets into trouble like the rest of us would. Charlie is right. Roderigo is having favourable treatment. |
