THEY are given budgets and tasks to earn what they get...who the **** are these backward morons to DEMAND anything off of people that are housing them (Rent-free) and probably putting them a notch up from the current low echelon of society they occupy.

Of course, you people, being equally mentally incompetent WOULD find the housemates cool, and Rodrigo ''boring''.

Hahah, I ****ing despair for the British as a whole.
What about Rodrigo is worth watching? I can understand you backing Rodrigo as a way of backing normal people as a whole - I myself back normal people as a whole, because I don't think lunatics should be given too much of the time of day, as that's why they continue to act the way they do. But Rodrigo? I would argue that Rodrigo is one of the few in the house that aren't normal, along with maybe Halfwit and Charlie (but they're great). Rodrigo is bordering on psychotic for getting so uptight about a bit of fun. If he had his way, there would be no fun in the house, and we'd be served a meal of phrases like "this is just my opinion", "I am myself", and "I am who I am, if no-one can accept that then that's their problem".

Edit: This is just the kind of cr*p we got from Sree (as entertaining as he was). The type of mistranslated inner city bulls**t that circulates around the young - buzzword phrases that we forget the meaning of (like the R word).

And I regret getting so involved :P I myself should chill out now! I'm sitting here discussing the show that I'm now MISSING by sitting blasting away on the keyboard.
Your intelligence is summarized by the way you think grown men and women behaving like austistic children in a special-needs nursery is ''fun''.

I didn't even crack a smile at what they were doing...just wanted to uzi them all...

If an idiot is funny, sure, that's fine (Brian)...but when a large group of idiots are filling my lounge with their pathetic, embarrassing behaviour, and then the thick BB fans harp on about Rodrigo being ''boring'' for acknowledging that destroying someone else's property was wrong, it's just too much.

Rodrigo's mouth didn't stop anything the housemates did but he was just expressing his displeasure. I agree with Rodrigo, the way the other housemates acted was disrespectful to the house and the show. Protesting in the house resulted in nothing, but it did make good TV.

Exactly. Rodrigo is in there to behave, and because he hasn't the capacity to entertain himself or anyone else, except those of us who find it entertaining to watch a brainwashed, vanilla, over-fluttery and quaint young guy.

Does Rodrigo not know they use new furniture each year and the old stuff gets auctioned off - which do you think will get more the soon to be "white" chair or the blue chair?
(ok - they shouldn't have sent the mangle swimming, it and Davina are the only things there from day 1)

Is Shipwrecked not a show about normal people who don't behave like scum?

Pretty sure it's quite popular.

Or maybe the show's fans just have a slightly bigger brain than the people who think a freak show, jumping up and down on a 10ft roof, screaming ''we want bwoooozee'', is entertaining.

YOU ARE SPOT ON! It was the lamest 'protest' ever, and not even slightly entertaining. It was so contrived and fake it was embarrassing!

They were filling your lounge? Their demise is just a button press away, methinks! And I think you should consider yourself the party pooper for worrying about Big Brother's property. Who loses out when the property is damaged? No-one, because it creates more viewers for the show, and it entertains the majority. If you lose out because you care about fixtures and fittings, then change the channel, and avoid being horrified by a broken roof!

No...

The people in 1 were relatively normal, the people in 2 were relatively normal, the people in 3 were relatively normal (except the pig, of course). After three they started having WEIRDOS (very different to out and out thickos). Unfortunately this year, they have a bunch of uninteresting, immature, unattractive, thick-as-**** *******...and guess what...the most retarded of them are the most popular with the public. Why? Because IDIOTS like you familiarize with them.

You look at Rodrigo, or Kris and think ''DER ALL NOWMAL N THT...FUKKIN BOWIN...YAY GO HALFWIT''.

Cringeworthy.

This is television and it should be worth watching whether you love it or hate it. Who wants to watch "normal" people?

To answer the reactionary element on this forum.
All housemates wanted something from BB, whether it was booze, treats or fags. Some tried to create a situation where BB would respond and provide what they wanted. They engaged in behaviour that was admittedly foolish and unplanned….but at least they were doing something. The Miserables (Lisa, Rodrigo and karly), were quick to back off, fearing they might get into trouble with BB. However you could see the expectant look on their faces, hoping that something may have been accomplished, albeit without their involvement.

If the livelier housemates had succeeded, the miserables would have been the first to expect their share of the goodies. Those are the people who deserve contempt, not the ones who at least tried something.

In case any reactionaries haven’t realised yet, all the “privileges and rights” we all take for granted were brought into being by the energy and determination of others to be made to happen. Think of the suffragettes, unions, better pay and conditions etc. If it were left to the reactionaries and miserabilists, we’d still have women not able to vote and children working up chimneys.

In short, the livelier housemates were engaging in an old tradition of challenging and revolting against what they don’t like. Not just becoming bad tempered and irritable like the miserabilists, Lisa and Rodrigo.

It was all in fun, no one was injured but the boring , dull and craven miserabilists were shown for who they are.

Amen
Whats funny about throwing stuff in the pool? And Freddy, that was a 360 degree turn..Freddie acted like he was protesting for something more serious than pizza. He has officially become a sheep!
The funniest thing I saw today was Rodders telling BB 'you're the only one I trust'!!!
