Why should they?

It's the housemates' responsibility to look out for their own sexual health. They should just provide condoms on request.

any offspring would be property of big brother.
I dont think the guys would want to wear a raincoat anyway.....would ruin a once in a lifetime chance to bone someone as hot as sophie or Noireen....

that only happend once and that was in TEEN BB and its prob only cause the girl pretty much confessed she had sex anyway so BB and doctor wanted to talk to her about her sexual health etc dunno if they checked her over or wotever
