I think everytime a rule is broken etc then £5000 should be deducted from the winnings, could cause some conflict and arguments aswell. Can't remember who, but one country does this....

Australia did it for a couple of seasons. Wasn't great, but nor was the rest of the show by that stage, so maybe it would work better in a different country?
