I am not sure what you mean? Do you want to highlight them in blue or make links clickable?

To highlight in blue, you need to type:

[color= blue] Kenneth [/ color] (without any spaces)

you then get:

Kenneth



To make a link clickable

Eg. http://www.channel4.com/bigbrother/h...s/kenneth.html

[ url=http://www.channel4.com/bigbrother/housemates/kenneth.html]Kenneth [/url] (again with no spaces)

you then get:

Kenneth (which is now a clickable link).

You will need to do this separately for every HM as the url links will be different for each one.
