No he hasn't. Not really. One of the evictions was cancelled. If that one counted then Freddie broke the record two weeks ago and Marcus has just equalled it.

To be fair Kennith would have been evicted hands down. The record should count. Marcus and Freddie were nominated and didn't go regardless.

They may have the record for being nominated for eviction the most times and surviving but they don't have the record for surviving the most evictions.
