errr no it wouldnt, if Davina had mentioned periodically someone wasn't what they portrayed. If they given info to help them either upset or placate other housemates to affect the nominations, it may be considered devious on the part of big brother but again its not illegal. Its for entertainment.
As for them being BB "employees" depends what sort of contract they have with BB, that is if they have a contract as opposed to a mutually beneficial agreement.
Now supposing someone like Siavash, wasnt really a party organiser, or even outside the house he didnt wear all the flamboyant gear, would that be a "mole"?
It could have been (or still is) anyone including the newer contestants. BB would have put them in any way.
